About me

 I have always gravitated towards helping professions and coaching, fascinated with others' experiences and tender to their struggles. (Those Individualization & Relator strengths at work)  My own history with loss and healing has made me an intuitive problem solver and an excellent listener. Add to that a little snarky humor and plenty of pop culture references and there's me.
 When I first learned of CliftonStrengths™ I was blown away by this tool and information that made me feel like I had come home to myself. It is a joy to use it in helping others see themselves from the perspective of what is right about them, and what can be honed into excellence.
Attending Martha Beck's life coach training has helped me both spot and disassemble false narratives. From her, I learned how to help others become free and bloom from simple mindset shifts. If I am not coaching or teaching, I fill my days with my three teenagers, yard work follies and one fat dog.
